What To Expect


  • Travel in a private Mercedes-Benz Minivan CLASS V  (up to 7 passengers) or Mercedes-Benz CLASS E (up to 3 passengers)
  • Pick-up and drop-off at your Hotel or at the address provided
  •  Visit the medieval sites


What's included?

  • Pick-up and drop off at your selected hotel/ location (Florence Down Town)
  • Transportation by Mercedes-Benz Minivan or car Air-Conditioned
  • English-speaking licensed driver
  • Panorama view photo stop
  • Cold mineral water and accessories
  • In case of rain, umbrellas are provided by your driver

Exclusions

  • Lunch on the road available at an extra cost depending on option chosen.
  • Private city guide or other tickets
  • extra time + € 30 per hour

Please note

  • The departure time can be chosen in the booking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Infants must not sit on laps
  • In case of rain, umbrellas are provided by your driver
  • This tour/experience is for a maximum of 7 travelers with your private tour van or for a maximum of 3 travelers with your private tour car. You can make two reservations.
  • You will be picked up directly at your hotel or address provided at the time of booking at the exact time of the start of the tour. 
  • Sorry not suitable for pets



Cancellation policy

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 4 day or less before the event.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled before 4 days.
